Video#13-: Small Things Are Beatiful Too

We don’t know what this crowd of butterflies were up to.  Perhaps they were mating?
And here are just some more of the hundreds of butterflies that flit around the Nhamacoa.  Perhaps we’ll be able to show you more of our butterflies later on.

Is this a moth looking like an aeroplane painted with camouflage?

And here’s an interesting spider we found making a criss-cross web on our laundry door and another rather large and hairy one that attacked a twig O’D held out to it.

And just look at this colourful little gem of a beetle

Our cats came in handy, showing O’D this colourful and rather fat chameleon that was clambering around in our frangipini tree

Sunshine and rain had the effect of making these flying ants look like little bubbles floating up from the forest floor.

The bush buck that live in our forest are so shy they’re difficult to film. Although O’D has been able to get brief shots of them; One day when he was visiting us, Lee was able to get this charming film of a young female Bushbuck

Here’s a last shot of one of our lizards
